This mint never hinged three-stamp commemorative set from the Turks & Caicos Islands, cataloged as Scott #531–533, was issued in 1982 to mark the 21st birthday of Diana, Princess of Wales, reflecting the intense international interest surrounding the young royal at the height of her early public life.

The set features photographic and pictorial scenes associated with Princess Diana and the British royal family. Scott #531 (55¢) depicts Sandringham, a royal residence closely tied to the monarchy.
