Issued in 1961 by the Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Postaları (Republic of Turkey Post), this semi-postal set commemorates the 15th anniversary of UNICEF (1946–1961) and Turkey’s participation in global humanitarian efforts to improve health, nutrition, and education for children.
