Netherlands Scott B180–B184 is a 1949 semipostal charity set issued under the continuing theme “Voor het Kind” (For the Child) to support child welfare and social assistance programs in the Netherlands during the postwar period. Each stamp includes a mandatory surtax, placing the issue within the Scott B (semipostal) category.

The five-stamp set features striking photographic-style portraits of infants and young children, marking a stylistic shift from earlier engraved charity issues. The realistic imagery emphasizes vulnerability, care, and the need for social support, reinforcing the humanitarian intent of the series.
