This striking three-stamp set, Scott #180–182, was issued by the United Kingdom of Libya in 1958 to commemorate the anniversaries of 10 December 1948 (the day the UN General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and 10 December 1958 (the tenth anniversary of that milestone).

Each stamp features:
