Issued by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 1958, this four-stamp commemorative set, Scott #348–351, marks the 10th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948–1958). The stamps feature a central flame-and-emblem design symbolizing liberty, justice, and human dignity, surrounded by inscriptions in both Arabic and English.

Each denomination is printed in a distinct color, giving the set strong visual contrast while reinforcing the shared theme.
