Description

This is a used two-stamp set from Denmark, Scott #751–752, issued in 1987 to commemorate milestones in Danish archival and maritime administration history.

Each stamp marks a significant national institution or service:

• Scott 751 (2.30 kr) – 200th anniversary of the Danish Chart Archive (Søkortarkivet), featuring a compass rose and maritime mapping imagery, reflecting Denmark’s long tradition of navigation and hydrographic surveying.

• Scott 752 (2.70 kr) – 150th anniversary of the Danish Pilotage Service (Lodsvæsenet), depicting a sailing vessel and nautical symbols associated with safe navigation and harbor guidance.
