Description
This is a used trio from Denmark’s celebrated 1920 Reunification (Genforeningen) Issue, released to commemorate the reunification of Northern Schleswig with Denmark following World War I. These engraved designs remain among Denmark’s most historically meaningful commemoratives, depicting notable architectural landmarks tied to Danish identity.
This lot includes Scott #156–158, all used, each with a legible circular cancellation:

Scott #156 — 10 Øre red
Frederiksborg Castle, a symbolic seat of Danish royal history. Clear cancel with strong color. -
Scott #157 — 20 Øre blue
Sandbjerg Estate, reflecting Southern Jutland’s national and cultural heritage. Sharp engraving with a well-struck postmark. -
Scott #158 — 40 Øre brown
