Denmark Scott #996, issued in 1994, is a used commemorative stamp featuring Opstilling (1929) by Vilhelm Lundstrøm (1893–1950), one of Denmark’s most important modernist painters. Issued by Denmark, the stamp carries a 5.00 krone denomination.

The design reproduces Lundstrøm’s iconic still life, composed of simplified vessels and sculptural forms arranged with careful balance and muted earth tones. Strong outlines and reduced detail reflect the artist’s engagement with Cubism and Scandinavian modernism, emphasizing form, proportion, and quiet tension rather than ornament.
