Denmark Scott #125, issued in 1913, is the 70 Øre brown & green value from the classic King Christian X engraved definitive series. This iconic early 20th-century design features the king in military uniform, framed by laurel branches and bold denomination tablets at lower left and right.
This example is used, with a strong, well-struck circular cancellation dated 8.2.25, adding both clarity and historical character. Despite the heavier cancel typical of high-denomination postal use, the portrait and frame remain clearly visible. Colors are solid, with the green vignette and brown frame showing good contrast for this issue. Perforations are intact and the stamp displays a pleasing overall appearance.
