Set of 3 – World Meteorological Day
This beautifully engraved three-stamp set was issued by Cambodia on March 23, 1963 to commemorate Journée Météorologique Mondiale (World Meteorological Day). Each value features a finely detailed depiction of the bas-relief at Banteay Srei, showing a mythological female figure riding a three-headed elephant, framed by a laurel wreath. A radiant meteorological star symbol appears at left on every stamp.
