This Belgium commemorative stamp set, Scott #1569–1572, was issued in 1995 to mark the centenaries and anniversaries of major Belgian social, economic, and civic institutions. The set reflects late 20th-century Belgium’s emphasis on social welfare, organized enterprise, mutual aid, and mobility.
