Albania Scott #552, issued in 1958, commemorates the 10th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948–1958). The design features a mother holding a child—symbolizing protection, dignity, and the promise of a better future—set beside the emblem of the United Nations and an open book representing the declaration itself.
